In many SMEs, marketing is treated as a downstream activity, a communication issue delegated to an agency or managed internally without a strategic framework. The business owner invests time and money without achieving the expected results.

The problem is rarely execution. It is the absence of strategic groundwork.

My work always begins with the business: offer, positioning, pricing policy, customer journey, tools and internal organisation. This diagnostic informs the marketing strategy and the delivery I lead, directly or by coordinating specialist experts. I stay involved through to the result.

### A property developer

French-speaking Switzerland

I was asked to manage online advertising. The diagnostic revealed upstream issues: pricing needed a review, there was no customer management platform, the offer lacked clarity and internal processes needed structure. We rebuilt the foundations before rolling out the digital approach. The result: significant revenue growth from the first quarter.

### A European professional event

Luxembourg

I was entrusted with its communication from its creation. Four editions later: 3,600 visitors, 150 exhibitors and a LinkedIn community of 3,200 professionals. Content strategy, speaker interviews, newsletters and media relations, all managed continuously.
